  • Sorry, another terrible week. I weigh in in the morning when I’m getting ready, but this week by the time I’ve gotten to work all hell has broken lose and I get home and crawl into bed. The only reason I’m posting now is because I’ve had a bit of a health scare and am bored in the emergency room. Im fine I think, just some…

Things are off the wall. I test on Monday for my HR Cert - right now I'm failing my pre-tests. Not be a lot, but I should be…
  • I have a Yunmai scale - it's digital, has an app on my phone, and tracks multiple people and measurements. I bought it two or three years ago and it's been awesome.

  • Username: EnyaGoBoom Weigh in week: June Week 2 Weigh in day: Thursday Previous Week's weight: 216.8 Todays Weight: 218.7 I am so sorry team. I am bummed, it's been a rough week generally and I have all the excuses. Still, shaking it out. Improvements on the horizon!
  • Weekly Challenge Day: Monday Tracking: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: yes - 2 min of high planks (6 @ 20 sec each) and a 71 minute walk
  • Week 3, Day 2 completed yesterday. Still struggling with my hip, but moving along. I am now officially exactly where I was last september. I had a moment of feeling like i'm never going to be able to jog a full 5k, but perked up because i'm still plugging along and can run a full minute now. I mean, it's not pretty, but…
  • hey all, i'm still here just very into my books - my test is in 35 days and no lie, i'm a giant stress monkey. (HR Certification test) tracking hasn't gone well which is a bummer, but my weight is holding steady. I'm still getting out for a walk or run and I'm really planning on hitting the pool this week because honestly,…
  • yeah the site is having some major issues. blegh. also, i left my breakfast, lunch, and snacks at home on the counter... sooooo that sucks.
  • Username: EnyaGoBoom Weigh in week: June Week 1 Weigh in day: Thursday Previous Week's weight: 217.0 Todays Weight: 216.8 That was a frightful .2 lb loss. I had a very uhm generous food week, but the movement paid off. Every little bit counts though and I'm pretty pleased to be creeping downward.
  • Weekly Challenge Day: Wednesday Tracking: Yes Calories: No Exercise: Yes - z25k week 3 day 1 for world running day. 45 min.
  • Week 3 day 1 complete. I did a 5k on Sunday and ended up at 49:51 which was better than I anticipated. My left foot/knee/hip is still bothering me even though i bought nice new shoes and insoles which is a bummer so a doctor's visit is def in order :/ but still. Keeping on, albeit slowly!
  • We've done some kayaking together - last year we hit the potomac during a particularly high water stage which was a lot different than our rinky dink creeks in upstate ny. This is a whole new challenge for the two of us lol nice! my husband and i both hit 40 this year (me in dec, him in march) so we took trips to celebrate…
  • I live in Northern VA, right outside DC and lemme tell you the traffic when any POTUS travels is insane. 1/10 do not recommend. Nice mini goal! I have a similar one - i have three flights of stairs in my house and one day i will be able to go from bottom to top without feeling like I'm going to keel over. Today is not that…
  • i feel this. i have until thursday though lol... at this point, remaining even would be a godsend.
  • so confused, i know i had posted things... Weekly Challenge Day: Sunday Tracking: Nope Calories: Not likely, nope. Exercise: Yes! 5k. Woot. • omg you are making me miss being in the UK something fierce lol! and dying at the (could pee for the olympics) :D :D :D
  • I did my re-start measurements on Saturday and just plugged them into my spreadsheet this morning. I am pleasantly surprised to discover despite falling off the wagon for a year, I'm still almost 11 inches down from my initial measurements when I started this journey two years ago. So, even though I've already missed out…
  • Did a 5k today walking and jogging - 51:15 total which was not terrible all things considered. Week 2 run 3 complete. Aiming for tues or Wednesday to start week three :)
  • Ran-walked my 5k today! 51 min 15 sec at a rate of 15:51 min miles. Tracking hasn’t worked food wise - we’ve been on the run and my phone did something awful yesterday so everything I had marked down disappeared. Worse the scale is definitely showing my lack of discipline 😳. All good though, back on track!
  • Great job everyone!
  • Finding people like you did is such a learning moment and a blessing. I am so happy for you! What a good week! I journal those moments and try to reflect on them when I fall down on my goals and habits. But yeah excellent way to both end May and begin June ❤️
  • Hi Everyone! I'm carrying over from May :) Welcome aboard new folks! Goals for my month: - 24 hours of fitness (broken into categories: Swim, c25k, walking, yoga/other, planks) I hit 17 last month and it was a little too easy. This month is more of a doable challenge. - Hit my first 5% loss goal by the end of the month -…
  • @cmhubbard92 :D :D :D :D :D
  • Thanks! I'm looking forward to it :) It's my 5th one ever, but it's been two years since my last attempt, and my first time since working on walking an hour every other day and jogging a little. I don't expect greatness in my time, but I definitely expect to feel accomplished at the end and enjoy the wine! (It's a wine…
