For frozen meals I usually cook for a few hours over the weekend and freeze meals--they can be divided into individual portions or into family sized meals. That way they don't have the massive sodium amount.

As mentioned above, meal prep and planning--store or freeze left over portions. If you don't want to cook ahead think about dividing and freezing your protein (chicken, turkey, beef, etc.) into individual portions and cook them when you're ready to use them. Before I got my routine down I weighed everyday, then twice a week. Now I weigh once a week---though I MIGHT step on the scale a time or two during the week, but that's infrequently.

Considering it's so effing hot at the end of August I don't really go anywhere uber special. My BFF will treat me to a birthday dinner though.

Hello all! I've been using MFP consistently since June. I'm currently down 100 lbs and am working on losing another 50. I log daily and my dairy is open. I'm not on a special/fad diet of any kind though I do try to limit processed foods. Feel free to add me. :smiley:

Hide veggies! You can shred veggies and hide them in things like pasta sauce or meatloaf. They never know that they've unwittingly eaten zucchini or squash :smiley:
