  • It's no biggie, I have always had a hard time trying to say what I want to say clearly.
  • Thank you
  • I only calculate it the next day, because I don't know my total calories burned until the next day, which means that any increase does not matter, it is for my info only
  • The real question and the only thing I am confused about is how many calories should I be eating to lose weight, is it what mpf suggests at 1510, or is it my bmr at 1360?
  • It was 3 lbs lost over the course of 9 months, then in 1 week of slacking off of exercise, I gained it back, so technically I haven't lost anything
  • I do apologize I am extremely busy at work today, and when I can I respond with a novel, then I press done instead of post reply, and I lose everything that I just wrote, it's very frustrating and I apologize if the frustration is coming across in my writing, I will do my best to respond to any questions. My confusion is…
  • Sorry don't k ow what NEAT stands for
  • I try not to eat exercise calories back, of course if I eat what mpf says I should then some days I don't burn that many and other days I go over. to get my exercise calories I take what my gear fit says I burned total for the day, and subtract my bmr from that number. I have only had this gearfit for a short time, but it…
  • Okay, thank you. I just wasn't sure if my bmr was a good calorie intake, and everything else would be considered a bonus burn.
  • The 3 lb weight loss was a span of 6 months or so, with many fluctuations in between. It certainly was not over the course of a week. Sorry I did not make that clear enough. Every time I have adjusted my calorie intake it has been for a month or two. I suppose I will give mpf's suggestion another try. I suppose they know a…
  • I finally was able to afford a food scale and I have started weighing everything for the last 2 months, I even take my scale to work, and I only allow myself 1 cup of coffee a day, the rest is water only. I dont know if its normal or extreme, but if I eat a banana I weigh before I peel and then weigh the peel after I eat…
  • Roughly 2 months. Only losing 3 lbs in 9 months is not normal fluctuations in my opinion. Then again I am very uneducated on this subject but I am trying to learn.
  • I do log honestly because I would just be lying to myself, I recently purchased a food scale for the last month I have been weighing my food. And I apologize but I don't know what TDEE is.
  • Not very welcoming, that's for sure

  • I am having a hard time losing weight, I'm also having a hard time with people in the main community telling me that I am going to kill myself eating only 1200 calories a day. I do have an active job and I workout 5-6 days a week. The hardest part about it all is giants thinking they know how much I should be eating. I am…
  • Hey Ya'll, I'm Alisha. 34 years old. Electronic Technician. Quit smoking 6.5 months ago. Started working out and eating healthy 7 months ago. My goals are to be happy first of all, second is to be healthy.
  • I'm just glad I made it here, there were some sketchy experiences in my 20's
  • I think the best thing I have ever done for my hair is stop dying it. It is soo much healthier. I don't even blow dry it but maybe once a year.
  • Yes I have been dive bombed. I worked in avionics on large aircraft. The strobe on top of rhe plane had to be replaced. Of course I took precautions because of all the existing bird poo on top of the plane. My boss said they were aiming for me, I made him buy me a beer for every instance I got hit.
