Yes it will mine syncs when I run, walk, or lift weights.

Mine is recording everything but I keep getting the pop up with the update too. One time it didn’t record so I added it manually.

Honestly what help me is a hot cup of coffee with my creamer. Coffee makes me not hungry and since I add cream and sugar gets rid of the sweet tooth too.

Coffee, pickles, carrots, grapes.

I’m so excited I just ran my fastest 5 k this year. I’ve only been running for a couple months after being overweight and inactive for quite some time. Started weight loss process in February and have now introduced running again. I finished a 5k today in 29:55. I’m so proud of my self.

I don’t know if I will ever meet my dream goal again. I’m 5 ft 3 and would love to weigh about 135. That is what I weighed in college as a division one athlete. I started this journey at 216. I am now down to 151. The weird thing is I am now a size 6 in pants. When I was 135 I was usually an 8. So although I weigh more I…

I’ve got a couple. I ran 4.5 miles the other day without walking. It wasn’t as fast as I would like but I was glad I could go that far. I’m at like a 10:30 pace right now. I was a division one college athlete and sometimes set too high of expectations for my self. I expect to be able to perform like I could then. Instead…

I too hate breakfast. With my meds I always end up puking if I eat before 11. After 11 I am fine. I can have a banana or a coffee before 11 and be ok. I start and end my day with a coffee with cream and sugar. I look forward to it the beginning and end of my day. My second cup I have around five or six. Then I usually work…

I have an Apple Watch but not sure how to go about doing this?
-
If your music is on your phone you can easily put it on your watch. Just got to the music setting on the Watch app on your phone and click the playlist you want to add to your watch. I use my watch and wireless headphones to for for a run without having to carry a device around.

I’m running, walking, and counting calories to lose weight. I started my journey at 216 pounds in February. I am now 155. I began my journey by just counting calories and walking up to an hr a day on the treadmill. My original walking pace was 3.3 miles per hr. A couple month ago I started running. My pace isn’t supper…

That people will assume you had surgery to do it even if you didn’t. I’ve lost a little over 60 pounds since February and people have suggested I had surgery. I didn’t. It’s been strictly diet and exercise and I have a cheat meal here and there. I still eat what I want to I just count the calories and try to make better…

This happened awhile ago for me but makes me smile. My nieces can wrap their entire arms around me when they hug me. No more giant belly in the way.

For me it would have to do with running. I was a college athlete. I played soccer on scholarship. I was a sprinter and one of the fastest on the team, but I hated distance running. In college the best I ever did was 2.5 miles in 20 minutes and I trained my butt off for months to do that. However, once In middle school I…
