I keep some ready to go snacks in the fridge. Sometimes when I am at the computer I just want to snack on something. Far better to snack on salted cucumbers, baby carrots or red bell peppers.. Or a hardboiled egg.. Keeps me less hungry at dinner time. Or sugar free jello, which really fills me up.

I was reading about this - and apparently for packaged foods, their calorie count can be off by 20% and still be FCC approved. So imagine if you eat a breakfast bar or whatever and it says 200 calories. It could actually be up to 240 calories in reality. So for all the packaged food you eat, your estimates could be off by…

I ran 1 mile at 5.5 on the treadmill! When I started in September I could only do 0.5 miles before having to stop. Sooooo happy! Now I want to to work up to running 1 mile at 6.0 without stopping. Currently can only do 0.3 miles...

Love it! Congrats. Being able to run again is my main motivation for weight loss as well. I used to run, not fast at all but run without stopping. I am starting again and just managed to run 0.7 miles without stopping!

This is amazing! I am in the same boat, I really can't cut out any foods so it's great to know you succeeded without doing so. How did you get your iron, I have an iron supplement but I hate taking it. I am trying to eat more red meat instead.

How did you guys deal with cellulite? Or did you deal with it? I have about 30 to lose to be at around 23 BMI.. I have lost 15 and working on losing the remaining 15. I ran 0.5 miles at 5.5 on the treadmill! I used to run, but after 2 kids and no exercise for 8 years, I can't run consistently anymore, have to stop for walk breaks. My goal is to work up to running 1 mile at 6.0.
