This is not a diet hack more of a mental hack. If I am really craving dessert or chocolate after dinner at night, I tell myself I can have it for breakfast. Then at breakfast, I never want to eat a dessert of course.

i love this idea. I will have to try it. Sometimes I just want chocolate pudding or a chocolate muffin. Maybe this will help.

I made chocolate chip cookies and lemon bars on Sunday for my kids. I have eaten one cookie and one lemon bar per day since then. In the past, I would have easily eaten five cookies straight as they came out of the oven easily.

The scale is not budging sadly but... My resting heart rate went from 59 to 54 in just under a month. I am now considered in the good category for my age!

I had my thyroid taken out over twenty years ago. As long as my synthroid dose is correct I don't have a problem losing or maintaining. Check your t4 and tsh levels and if they are too high then adjust your medicine.

I am 5.8 and feel pretty great at 157. Currently I am 163 and trying to get to 155 157 range.
