• Hello all! I'm going to have to go on the support team for the indefinite future. Still holding close to my goal weight but just overwhelmed with everything going on "IRL" and have to start limiting my commitments to save my personal sanity. With the wedding, some family illnesses, etc etc, I've just a lot on my plate…
• Two days of Peloton this week 34 miles Previous 171.34 YTD: 205.34
• @SavageMrsMoose Friday Weigh Ins PW: 132.2 CW: 128.8 Might be a little dehydrated but I’ll take the loss. It’s below my 130 goal! Could I be excused from the next two weeks weigh in? I will be traveling. Goal is to stay under 130 while I’m gone Have a great weekend everyone!
• @LaurieWrobo so sorry about your tooth. It’s the worst. @Itadakimasu7 Thanks for the book suggestion! I just ordered a copy! @Pupowl you have such lovely places to walk. Happy hump day everyone!
• @Cyncia85 I listen to Peloton classes mostly, or music. If you’re looking for a good podcast I love Crime Junkies and all their related true crime podcasts. @Pupowl we recently watched a movie about the Mamas and Papas and other related groups from that time period based out of California. It’s called Echo in the Canyon…
• Go @Pupowl ! Way to fight through it!!!
• @Pupowl i know how frustrating that can be to see the scale move up when you’re doing the same thing. Sometimes the scale is just mean. I love your inspirational cards and your weight workout tracker too. I do peloton classes for weights because I find it hard to keep track of things on my own. I’m sure your chart is…
• Trying to get back on track… 2/16 5.62 2/17. 21.05. Nice long Saturday ride on the peloton after a beautiful meal of skiing Previous: 144.67 YTD: 171.34/2024
• @jessicakrall8 Hope you feel better soon so you can enjoy the long weekend. A houseful of guests arrived last night. Woke up to no hot water. Not great timing. Hopefully it’s an easy fix….. PW: 133.2 CW: 132.2 Still trying for my new goal of 130 but I’m having an awfully hard time getting there. So close, but still haven’t…
• Got in some Peloton today... 2/15 19.7 miles, 70 minutes Previous: 124.97 YTD: 144.67/ 2024
• Congratulations @Pupowl !!! Huge accomplishment! You’ve really been amazing! So happy for you! Had a quiet Valentine’s Day with my husband. He cooked us a steak and I made a baked potato and we shared and watched a movie. A story about a Dutch man who forged Vemeer paintings and sold them to the Nazis. Apparently based on…

• Good morning all! I’m going to do an early weigh in this week. Flying to Denver this afternoon for a dress fitting this weekend for my daughter’s wedding dress! I don’t know if the hotel has a scale or if it’s accurate. I’d rather not skip altogether though- trying to keep myself on track. I’ve been skiing every day and…
•
@SavageMrsMoose Members only have view access to the spreadsheets...only leadership can edit it. It's set that way by design, as not everyone is friendly with formulas and such. I've updated your steps on the January chart. Thanks for posting! Jessica
Good to know @jessicakrall8 I thought I was making…
• Good morning! I finally found the spreadsheet for the steps, but can’t seem to edit it to add my steps for February 1-3. I thought it ended on the 31st. I wasn’t wearing my watch much, but here is what I have: 2/1. 3711 2/2. 4614 2/3 13647
• @SavageMrsMoose Friday Weigh Ins PW: 130.2 CW: 133.0 I revised my goal weight from 135 to 130, but I'm really struggling to get there. However, I do think the scale here is pretty inaccurate, so I'm taking this weight with a grain of salt. Hoping that too much salt is actually the issue.
• Happy Birthday @jessicakrall8 !!!!
• @ashleycarole86 tell me more about the Pelofondo. How does it work? Do you pick the classes? How did you sign up? Very curious!

• Steps 1/31. 15,593 @Pupowl We all feel your pain. I’ve been struggling with my weight my entire life. I can remember dieting in 5th grade, when I was 10. I’ve always been active, but it wasn’t enough. I just struggled, losing 5,10, 20 pounds, then putting it back on. Last year I was given a prescription for semiglutide and…
• Good morning everyone! Heading to Houston today and planned on getting up early to sneak in a run before we left for the airport. Somehow I slept until 7 am! Maybe I need it. Travel days are hard on me. Steps 1/29. 13554 Your rowing camp sounds like fun @PatriceFitnessPal ! And I love your word, flourish. It’s very…
• Happy Monday everyone! Enjoyed having my son home but he leaves today. I haven’t been on the treadmill or bike for a few days and my weight is up. It seems unfair because I’ve been skiing a lot, but maybe I’m usually slightly dehydrated? Who knows. Heading back to Houston tomorrow so I’ll have my inconsistent scale. We…

• @billbiggers06 Sorry about the Bills. My son was a place kicker so I particularly feel the pain. Looks like a beautiful place to ride!
• A peloton day…. 1/25 24.16 Previous 52.7 YTD: 76.86 I’m going to have to start increasing my bike days each week pretty soon or I’m going to get too far off goal. I’m going to keep plugging away, even if I end up with 2024 K instead of Miles come December 31st.
• Good morning everyone! @PatriceFitnessPal enjoy Florida! @Pupowl tnat is so annoying about your phone. We use them for everything. I’ll be curious if you feel different after 2 weeks without it. @LaurieWrobo Maroon bells is outside of Aspen. It should be beautiful in September. Outdoor weddings are always a gamble. My…
• One of the running classes I’ve listed to had a coach describe picking a word to think of for your race and repeat it to yourself while you’re training. Her word was “glide”. My word was “athlete” to remind myself that even though I was one of the last kids picked for the team in elementary school, never really did school…
• @LaurieWrobo This is the first year in as long as I can remember that I didn’t have losing weight as my NY resolution. What a relief. I just want to keep it off, which is easier said than done. My new goal this year is to finish my book. I started writing a mystery book about 10 years ago just for fun and I’d really like…
• @nancyinmo I actually think the slow crawl is good- easier to hold onto. Besides, losing over a pound in a week is still significant, more so at a lower weight. I was looking back over my weight loss over the past year and I’ve had several points where I essentially only lost a pound or two over a month. I’m still not back…
