    Rode to and from the pool today and did a meetup on Zwift. Good times, despite the path I rode my gravel bike on being more mud than dirt.

    I’m going to have to start increasing my bike days each week pretty soon or I’m going to get too far off goal. I’m going to keep plugging away, even if I end up with 2024 K instead of Miles come December 31st.

    Funny how I did more in one day for the endurance event than I'd done all month. I am doing another outdoor Gran Fondo in July and I need to get my butt in gear.

    I'm back on track for 2024 miles too!

    The event is hard - 6 hours and 10 minutes on a Peloton with very few breaks is a mental challenge. I did it over 15 classes - just rode high zone 1 or low zone 2.. my speed was slow but I know I'm out of shape. Lots to work on.
