I'm back in the same boat. I lost 65lbs 5 years ago and did a pretty good job of keeping it off until this past winter. I've gained over 50lbs back and having a hell of a time getting back in the groove.

Yes you can but you need to download the "keto script". Do a google search for it .

2lbs is still losing. Don't think of it as a struggle. You will need to find what works and what doesn't.

I did that years ago and haven't looked back. No way I can do strict KETO anymore. I also have an easier time losing doing a 45f 30p 25c diet.

Happens to me every winter. I'm fine until I have off work for the holidays and then I start packing on the lbs. I know once the nice weather hits I get right back on it but that's after gaining. I have an issue w/ my back and once it gets cold I need to baby it or I'll end up laid up for weeks so I have to stop working…

What's wrong w/ the garden salad and why worry about what they say? If they know your way of eating then who cares if they comment.

You can track if you are on a computer and use the MFP Keto script for Firefox/Chrome.

With this attitude I doubt you will stick to a pro plan. It's not going to work until you are ready to make it happen.

4 years ago, I lost 65lbs from March until Sept. doing 1 cheat meal a week. I lowered my calories during the week to make up for it. I did the 1st 50lbs w/o exercise too.

I also lowered my week calorie intake and have a cheat meal on Sunday. I lost my 1st 50lbs do it that way. It also gives me something to work towards.

I know some people say not to but the way I lost my 1st 60+lbs was to lower my calories during the week and add a cheat meal on Sunday night. Just made sure I was back at it Monday morning. Helped keep peace w/ my wife and made it a date night dinner. Now I didn't eat deep fried twinkies but I had a good meal.

I lose more weigh w/o exercise than I do with. Not sure if it's all mental but when I need to lose I quick working out and focus on the diet. Lost 50lbs in 3 months 5 years ago doing this.

I have several herniated disks. Been dealing w/ it for 25 years. I lose more weight through clean eating alone than combined w/ exercise. But that is just me. I lost 50lbs in 3 months. Took 3 more to lose 15lbs while exercising.

I lost my 1st 50lbs w/o working out. Actually I have a harder time losing while exercising and dieting. My diary is open if you want to see my daily meals.

I get a similar reaction when I go no carb. Everytime I try KETO I have a harder time staying on it. I have better luck w/ a 40/30/30 macro and recently lost 40lbs in 3 month on that

I just lost 30+lbs in 2 months w/o exercising and lower carb not no carb

27lbs in 7 weeks. Strictly diet and only worked out 3 times on the elliptical. Cheat meal on Sunday, but strict the rest of the week. 45f, 30p, 25c

All the advise isn't going to help. You need to want to do it. Make up your mind and make sure you dont give in to giving up. It gets easier once you start seeing progress.

daniel_constance, you don't need to workout to lose weight. 4 years ago I lost 50lbs in 3 months just by counting calories. Congrats on the 6lbs lost!

I've done it in the past. But noticed if I go off and back it's harder to stay on it and had issues w/ gal bladder from it. I prefer just a lower carb CICO diet.

How many ounces of water are you drinking. Plenty might not be enough. Cut back on calories 50-75 a day until you start seeing a loss.

Turning 52 in a couple months. I am very good at losing weight. I suck at keeping it off. Trying to get down again before our vacation this summer.

You do not need to exercise to lose weight. I lost 65lbs w/ just CICO in 3 months and w/o working out I was your age when I did it 3 yeas ago.
