    -yoga
    -zumba
    -biking
    -hiking

    This. Do what is enjoyable. The weight loss comes more from eating in a calorie deficit. Eat the number of calories MFP recommended when you signed up, eat 50-75% of the exercise calories (many people find they are overestimated), and find activity that you enjoy. My favorites are different than above, but they are: swimming, kickboxing, weight lifting, and for running (mostly walking right now), I have the Zombies, run! app.
