Can I change carb counts to net carbs anywhere?

I have set my macro goals for keto, but was told I can use net carbs as long as I am staying in ketosis. Is there a way to adjust the carb count to net carbs?

    not on MFP - best bet is to just subtract fiber from carbs

    If your are on a computer there is a script you can run that shows net carbs
