  • I do it by default because I’m so full from dinner usually (in a proper filled way) that it lasts until at least 8-10am. Sometimes I will break it with coffee but won’t actually eat until 9/10am. It’s not something I do consciously. I am new to low carb/keto and I googled and realized without trying I’m doing it lol
  • When I eat veggies & have healthy fats and proteins I find I eat far less often, going under my calorie suggestion. Sometimes I’ll force myself to eat something tiny to get extra in but lately if I don’t feel hunger, I don’t eat. So... I’m still here and I seem to be ok. :)

  • If you have an Aldi, try there first. Your $50 will go much further. I would buy eggs (lots), lean turkey (at mine, it’s cheaper than the beef), canned tuna, cottage cheese, fruits, veggies... pasta is a good choice too.

  • I think if you like it & it works for you, then stick with it. I feel better with less carbs. I also feel better when those carbs are whole grain or don’t have a lot of fat attached to them. I don’t and won’t avoid them completely but I see why some do.
