Yes to all 3. It's been smoky because of wildfires in British Columbia but it cleared off enough tonight to go for a good walk. I'm struggling with arthritis pain in my foot so I'm hoping yoga will help so today was 2nd day of yoga. It's only a beginner's video but it's a start. It also helps me clear my head.

Exercise: yes walk, 2 hours of heavy yard work and started yoga Calorie target: well under Track: every thing logged. Sometimes I find this part tedious but important to do so I do it

Using my 3rd and last pass today. I reached my step goal, stayed just below my calorie goal, logged everything but didn't exercise today. Took it easy.

Had an amazing day. Got my new running shoes and it felt like great. I did almost 5000 more steps today and was active 70 minutes. New best for me. I think that every day has it's own rewards and i also feel strongly that having a bad day is just that, a day. I like the support here in this group and I like the feeling ofβ¦

Crappy day at work sΓ² came home not wanting to work out but I did anyways cause if I start that again it's a slippery slope to stopping watching what i eat and eventually give up. So basically gave myself a good talking to and did 45 minutes on treadmill. I'm pretty happy with myself. So 3 yes for me today.

Exercise yes did some strength training and walk Tracked: yup every bit of food Target: yes was under I find that for work days if i plan and enter aΔΊl my food for the next day's breakfast, lunch and snacks it helps me stay on track and eliminates some stress. ππ

Nvs: riding on the motorcycle my belly is no longer a back rest for my husband. Didn't get to check in yesterday but both days are a triple yes for me. Probably had the most active weekend I had in years. Feeling grateful and happy

3 yes today. Walked 4km in 52 minutes my best so far. Yesterday was a blah day but figured today was a new day so start fresh. I'm down 1.4lbs this week. π

Pass day for me. Didn't exercise or stay on track with calorie goal but wrote everything i ate and drank. Wasn't feeling great before i had some fries today but felt way worse after. Lesson learned. Feeling disappointed today βΉ

Yes to all 3. Went canoeing tonight that was so much fun. Got sore shoulders but really enjoyed myself. Definitely feel stronger than before
