  • Not the best pictures, but am over half way to my goal. 5'6", 36y and mom of 2. Started at 160, although my before photos are more like 155. New photos are 143. My goal is 130-135 range, but fit. I'm getting back into the shape I was in about 4 years ago before depression and back problems hit me.
  • I have been training in jiu-jitsu, weight lifting and yoga. All these things together have been working, but I've let my yoga practice slip. My goal for March is to go to my yoga studio for practice at least twice a week. So I'll check in each weight in day with that.

  • My non scale victories were that I continued my dry January into February because I decided wine just does not appeal to me anymore (which makes me emotionally sad, because I have a lot of ritual built into my glass of wine while making dinner routine).   • Thanks! I worked my butt off. Came off a little faster in the end that I would like, but my scale’s reading of my body fat percentage has been going down slightly and I’ve been lifting a lot, so fairly confident I’m not losing muscle.

  • I had to go cold turkey. Diet sodas were my problem. I quit in 2016. For me there were two keys...i taught myself to like coffee to get a caffeine replacement.
