Sounds fun! Start: 226 Goal: 206 W1 8/4: W2 8/11: W3 8/18: W4 8/25: W5 9/1: W6 9/8: W7 9/15: W8 9/22: W9 9/29: W10 10/6: W11 10/13: W12 10/20: W13 10/27: W14 11/3: W15 11/10: W16 11/17: W17 11/24: Final!!!! 12/1: Total loss: What I've learned about myself:
-
Brown edge wafers (I think Nabisco?)
-
No special foods or issues after mine, although eating fried foods in general, as a treat, does a number on me now.
-
I take mine to work. since it's an hour commute, it has time for the chill to wear off but not get too warm.
-
Drinking coffee and working on my novel. well, trying to at least.
-
Absolutely serious - i use heavy cream. I need very little to make it creamy and i just add to my daily caloric intake. 29 calories for 1 tablespoon. I tried the non-dairy creamers and skim milk and I wind up using more or being very unsatisfied with the non-creaminess of my coffee. I don't use any sugar at all so it's…

Thanks, I'm in!

I focus on calorie deficit, but i have noticed that by lowering my carbs (specifically breads and pastas, not fruit or veggie carbs), my joints aren't as inflamed, including my knee. After a week with a focus on meats, veggies/fruits, and fats with only perhaps one bread/pasta per day, my knee inflammation reduced…

yes...it's difficult but not impossible. for me, i find it hard to exercise because im depressed (even though i know it will help) or my anxiety is kicking my *kitten* that day. I'm an all or nothing person as well so forgetting to do one thing, like packing my meals for the day, can throw me off.
-
hi feel free to add me...i know the feeling, but with a little consistency it will happen!
-
I'm on wellbutrin as well and it helped me (mostly because of the mood stabilization and increased ability to focus). I didnt notice any gains.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NO Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES I had such a bad headache when i got home (it's been ongoing for about 5 days), I just ate whatever i could get which was McDonald's :( I couldnt even think about anything…

Exercise - two 15 minute walks (did a 5k yesterday - needed something gentle on my body today) calories - under goal tracked all food and drink - yes B)

Me 26 LNS: 3 One more night!

"By the way, everyone here should consider themselves a runner no matter how fast or slow they are(unless you find a dead body- then you're a mere jogger)." I literally choked on my water laughing at this. Hi new to the challenge. Finished a 5k today (16 minute mile pace). it was my first race since 2016 when i suffered…

I'm new to this group. I lost 35 lbs in 2016 training for a triathlon but suffered a TIA one month later and really had a lot of emotional issues after that. I've been on and off with my dedication until July 1 this year. So far, I'm down 10 lbs as of August 31 (5 since rejoining MFP). I weigh in and take measurements once…

Me: 23 LNS: 2

Sounds like fun. It's a lofty goal, but anything is better than nothing!

I looked at it more as someone actively going after their goals. Yes, it can apply to men, but women often face different challenges as a whole. I am taking charge of my life - working on finding a new job, writing a novel, getting more publications and speaking engagements, volunteering, working out etc. I like being a…

Fall is fun because it's easier to run outside and I like the Halloween decorations. January and February are brutal. I just want to cozy up, eat, and drink. Trying to find new ways to get out when it's cold - new activities, like ice skating. I'm going to hang up a "motivating dress" for something to shoot for - so over…

You can do this. Track your food (a food scale is a great investment). Don't eat too little either - you need to fuel your body. Lean meats (if you're not vegetarian), veggies and fruits, with moderate amounts of fat is a great place to start. Explore what works for you. Move when you can - do something you like to do.…

Out to lose a lot, just not my sanity (what's left of it). Feel free to add me all!
-
Coffee. Petting my cats.

Me: 4 LNS: 1 Still holding at only one night!

o0o0o0o I was so tempted when i got up in the middle of last night to snack (2am snacks are sneaky because who remembers eating in the middle of the night?). So far Me: 2; LNS 1

Not a cosplayer (I have no abilities in that area!) but love LOTR, Marvel (Sebastian Stan OMG), Star Trek, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. Looking to lose weight and gain some muscle - I want to do another triathlon and try a Spartan Race. Would love some people to connect with.
