It’s very simple I just changed my goals and my allotments for the days like I change protein fro. 30% to 40% snd lowered fats and carbs. You have to do this through your profile or settings. Yes follow the ratio for the serving I use 1 cup of almond coconut milk and 1/2 cup oats the almond milk adds a bit of sweet and I add chia seeds and almond butter and top with fruit - lots of natural fats but the healthy kind- filling and delish This morning I added Sugar-Free chips instead - so yummy

I know what your mean I’m usually 175 and had been even after my 3 kids but this last baby left me at 185. 2018 I hit 223 and felt miserable.
