Non breaded, dry spiced chicken wings. Cajun or garlic-butter parmesan are my favorites. Breading and wet sauce add the carbs. But somehow they cram about 90 calories into each small wing, so you have to watch how many of them you eat. Think one pound = about 800-900 calories and it's all protein and fat. Perfect for…

Standard stuff. The world runs on money. Greedy people run the biggest corporations. They become defensive when someone questions the validity of the corporations which are making them rich. No Big Surprise.

It's easy to quit smoking. Never have another one. :) Impossible to quit eating. That's why dieting and weight loss is so much harder. :s

No matter what you want to eat, my best advice is to follow your stomach and eat only when you're hungry. For me it's my evil tongue that always gets me into trouble.
-
Don't listen to your tongue. When the craving hits, go stand in front of the mirror and ask yourself if you want the food, or to lose weight and gain better health. You cannot do this for anyone, or because of anyone else's opinion. It ONLY works when YOU do it FOR YOU.

Been trying IF during the week by skipping breakfast. Weekend I skip lunch. No weight loss, but haven't given up yet. Still eating too many carbs...
-
Humm... maybe not as safe as they advertise...

So many carbs in everything it is tough to stay under. Many people here subtract fiber to help. I track everything in an effort to keep myself more accountable.

Misery loves company. Like people offering you a cigarette when you're trying to quit. They will criticize your diet, while they know they should be dieting too.

Best of luck!

@ahoffman ... Vodka, sparkling water, lime slice... Not a Pina Colada, but refreshing..

17g. One bar is the whole day if you're strict Keto.
-
I always just track total carbs. Keeps me lower right across the board.
-
A wonderful movie.
-
Be careful of "Protein powders". They usually have more carbs than protein. And most of them display the huge amount of protein on the front of the can, but you have to read the nutrition labels for carbs.

Black coffee. Green tea-plain. Beef bullion.

Meat is the answer. The fattier the better.
-
Read carefully. Most of the "protein" shakes I've looked at have more carbs than protein. I don't use them. Get my protein from real meat...

If I don't track I always overeat. Often even when tracking I'm surprised at going over by the end of the day. Target at 1500 cal. Average probably 1700 - 2200 if I don't track. Actually will gain weight. On Keto. Sorry to all those who don't track, but it don't work for me. I have to track and ensure a good deficit if I…

I track everything that goes into my mouth. And if in doubt I weigh and measure. Just seems to me that Net Carbs is almost cheating. "There's so much fiber on xxxxx that I can eat twice as much!" Good luck...

No bread. No pasta. No rice. No root vegetables. No crackers. No beer. :'( Very few fruits. Very little baking. Read labels. Weigh and measure until you get a feel for serving size. Good Luck. It works.

I found I would underestimate meat... Started weighing it and was shocked at how tiny a 6 ounce steak really is. I still guess at many things based on volume. A cup is easy to visualize.

Take a look at dietdoctor.com and from there into YouTube...

I just track total carbs. At the end of the day keeps me lower...

And was it a real egg? Or an edible oil byproduct with artificial "real" egg flavor added. Can never trust those fast food places.... ;)
-
I simply track ALL Carbs.

Why pay the high price? Costs much more than real food.
