Hello i'm Linda a 75 year old diabetic need to lower my A1C and my weight guess they go hand in hand. Had a 2.6 loss at tops last night. This is where i was when I started Jan.3rd. Jan. 3rd 202.6 Jan. 10 199.4

Oh well can't find my beginning weight don't remember if it was 200 or 202. Anyhow i'm down 2.5 lbs according to tops last night. So my morning weight would be less. So going to try and find myself every morning. See how that goes. We can and will do this. So i'll try doing it daily Jan. 11th 199.4

Hello day 8 is going good so far. Scale down anxious to go to tops and see how much I lost. My scale about 4 lbs. I didn't put down on paper where I started. But tops will have it for the week. Well I'm doing ok today i've been away playing cards all day so no temptations to eat. I need to get my blood sugars down. And these last 4 days is showing change of diet and staying away from sugar works. Yep i'm 75 years young. And I must have played with the same weight for at least 1,000 lbs off and on off and on. Oh well it's been like that for 50 years but I do weight 30 lbs less than I did 20 years ago. So i'm back at it today marking 4 good days lol. As long as when we fall we pick ourselves back up.

Well starting day 3 I hate this fluctuation thing and that I just can't understand a gain.. All I can think of was to much carbs in the popcorn I had. Because I was under calories on here. Oh well take it and keep with it. Good luck to all Linda in Northern Ontario

Well I started at the beginning of the month at 200 and this morning 197.6 not much of a loss but a loss all the same. Doctor's appointment coming up. See what they can do for my knee. I want to walk. Exercise is out of the question right now.

Can't move to much yet I think i'm getting over a baker's cyst in my knee hope it breaks soon. Can't see a doctor to drain it until October 5th. Oh well still going down slowly.
