Oh well can't find my beginning weight don't remember if it was 200 or 202. Anyhow i'm down 2.5 lbs according to tops last night. So my morning weight would be less. So going to try and find myself every morning. See how that goes. We can and will do this.

So i'll try doing it daily

@stormywxs288 omg, now I want to measure my height! Maybe I’ve shrunk.lol. You’re right, I’m not a racer. Usually, I come in last in most things I do. However, I want to try! I just don’t have that competitive streak in me. It’s nice to see someone on here that has to look at similar numbers on the scale.. However, I believe you don’t have a great deal to lose. I still have quite a bit to lose, and I’m not in a hurry.😉 I’m in it for the duration.

@abowersgirl congratulations! It looks like you had a 2+ lb. Whoosh that you were hoping for.

@sammcc7907 wow! I love your picture of your backyard. Enjoy your treadmill 🙂

My One Meal A Day (OMAD) strategy worked on the scale this morning, as I didn't gain despite the best and Biggest OMAD I've had in a long time. Seriously I may have had the best steak I've had in my life. My daughter treated my wife and me to a fancy steakhouse for a Christmas/birthday gift.

I don't like or endorse OMADs because for me it takes too long to fight off the grazing craze I slip into for days afterwards. However, I'm going to focus on getting back to my normal eating routine and be mindful that my hunger surges were caused by the OMAD and not real need for nutrition.

Anyway, I hope to make a move away from the dreaded 180-pound mark I've been lingering at too long.

    Start weight: 180.0 pounds
    Goal weight: 160.0 pounds

    Jan 1-jan7: 180.0 - 178.8 (-1.2)
    Jan 8: 178.4
    Jan 9: 179.0
    Jan 10: 179.6

My name is Donna. I am 5’ 5” tall, 63 years old and from the Michigan USA. In 2016 I weighed 253 lbs. I am on a journey of health and to get back to the real me.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Starting Weight (from Dec 31st): 183.8
    Goal: 179.8 (Four lb Loss)
    Actual Ending Weight: xxxxx
**********************ONE DAY, ONE STEP, ONE DECISION AT A TIME********************

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

01/10-DNW-(Trend Weight DNW)- I had to cancel my endocrinologist appt for today. It’s about 2 hours each way (I live nearly an hour from the freeway). We all knew the snow storm was coming so I cancelled the appt on Monday. Schools are closed today. We got about 9” of the expected 11. Lots of shoveling to do today, luckily my son can help. Snow plow man for the steep hill of a driveway has already been here so I can get out if I need to. My appt is rescheduled for Feb. Probably better if it’s not too close to these food holidays anyway! I ordered my new scale last night. Hopefully it won’t take too long to get here. I dread starting over with new numbers on a new scale but I have no choice. Yesterday was binge day. No diabetes appt afterall and no scale so I would expect no less from my weak self. Hopefully I got it out of my system and today will be better.

01/11-DNW-(Trend Weight DNW)- Still no scale and UPS has already delivered to the neighbors so it won’t be coming today. Oh well, I usually cannot weigh on Friday mornings anyway due to the bus schedule for DGS as weigh-in would be too early. I’ll get in what exercise I can today although I will be babysitting from now until Saturday. DGS does not make it easy! Have a great Thursday everyone!

That’s a good question. I don’t know how to do that , sorry. I have to refer back to previous pages to see my last post. I’m sure someone more computer savvy may know how.

I love January! New Year reset has begun. I moved my daughter back to college today and got to spend all day with her. I’ll miss having her home for the holidays, but she’ll be home for the weekend in less than 10 days.

    Jan 3: 203.4
It’s amazing what logging everything and exercise can do! Feeling fabulous. 🥰 Time to do some quick exercise with Up to the BEat fit with Gina B on YouTube then it’s time to take down the Christmas tree and decorations before heading back to work tomorrow.

Jan 4: 203.3 Happy Thursday friends! Today is my Monday. Time to get back to work and keep up with the good habits.

    Jan 5: 202.8 😁😄😃
    Jan 6: 202.7 😁😁
Jan 7: 201.7 I love waking up and getting on the scale again. Happy Sunday!❄️
Jan 8: 202.8 not gonna stress… part of the process. Happy Monday. 🥰
Jan 9: 203.2 over indulged in salty wings while watching U of M play in the National Championship last night. Great game and tasty food. Gotta eat more veggies today to compensate.
Jan 10: 204.6 It’s amazing how quickly the scale reacts to a day of mindless grazing. Need to stop the slip back into bad habits now.
    Jan 11: 204.7

@lcharpentier2 I use a PC for MFP. In my address bar the addy ends with #latest. If yours does not end with that, simply add it and hopefully it will pop up for you from now on. It does on mine.
