    Jan 1: NA - At my inlaws house & unable to weigh in. Will do tomorrow at home! Happy New Year everyone!!
    Jan 2: 195 lb- Here we go! Goals for today, 1) Track all calories 2) walk >20 minutes 3) No alcohol!
    Jan 3: 194.4 lb- Progress! Water weight most likely, but it's something.
    Jan 4: 194.6 lb- TOM started
    Jan 5: 192.8 lb
    Jan 6: NA
    Jan 7: NA Back on track tomorrow!
    Jan 8: 196.6 lb- Well this is dumb. TOM just ended, so hopefully this is just a bad combo of PMS & a slack weekend 😅

    Hey everyone. Happy New Year!! I'm excited to be back on MyFitnessPal. Back in 2017. I lost close to 90lbs using MFP and going Keto.

    But since having a baby, hitting my 40s, etc. I have packed on the pounds. Im hoping to get healthy and in shape again.

    Jan 1 193 friends left today so hopefully can get in my water and work out and can flush any bloating
    Jan 12 193. Frustrated to see this number again. I’m ovulating this week so it makes me bloated (and other tummy issues). My Fitbit broke and had to get a new one. I guess it had really been messed up because my new one says I’m not getting my steps in like i thought because my old one said I was. Grrr. So now to make sure I get my 10k steps everyday. I am proud of myself for upping my water intake and working out twice this week. I went to a night Zumba class with my friends and had a blast. Usually I’m too tired after work to even think about working out but we have put this on the calendar as a weekly thing.

    Happy New Year! I was in this group the last 2 months and I am happy to be here again!
    I am 37 years old, 5'11" and currently 208.8 lbs. I will weigh in every Friday.
    I started MFP on 10/27/23 and I have lost 15 lbs since then. Each mini goal I hit I will reward myself (pedicure or new outfit, etc.)
    My goals are to lose about 2 lbs per week, track and weigh my food every day, go to the gym 3-4 times per week where I will speed walk 1 mile on the indoor track and do weight lifting for 45 min split into back/biceps, legs/abs, and chest/triceps.

    1/ 5: 208.4 (a small loss, but better than nothing!) Still recovering from overeating a bit during the holidays. A non-scale victory: I have gone down 3 belt notches since November!

    1/12: 205.4 Ahh! I met my first goal, I am so happy! I am going to get a pedicure 🤗

    @ferret150 Welcome to the group! I hope you find some inspiration here to keep going with your goals! As you can see, we're all in here for the same reason. :smile:

    @jennigerding19 I hope you can calibrate the new device so it's getting accurate step count and meet your 10k Steps goals. I've always had a really bad time with step counters -- they count everything (arm movements, moving in my chair, etc), or I'll walk up the hall and it will say I did 40 steps when I clearly didn't. I gave up after a while because I didn't feel like it was really capturing the truth.

    I've done some Zumba YouTube workouts -- they're really fun! I hope you can work that into your schedule more!
