Jan 19 192 def wanted to see a lower number but I know I have drinking all the water I’m supposed to, I have been doing all my mfp entries and have worked out 3 times this week. So I know Im taking steps towards it being a lower number.
@ManifestingToday I hope all the medical stuff is an easy fix and if it isn’t that the drs have a plan to help you get better.

Happy New Year! I was in this group the last 2 months and I am happy to be here again!
I am 37 years old, 5'11" and currently 208.8 lbs. I will weigh in every Friday.
I started MFP on 10/27/23 and I have lost 15 lbs since then. Each mini goal I hit I will reward myself (pedicure or new outfit, etc.)
My goals are to lose about 2 lbs per week, track and weigh my food every day, go to the gym 3-4 times per week where I will speed walk 1 mile on the indoor track and do weight lifting for 45 min split into back/biceps, legs/abs, and chest/triceps.
I wish all of you so much success! 💓

3rd goal: 185.0
4th goal: 172.0
UGW: 165.0
1/ 5: 208.4 (a small loss, but better than nothing!) Still recovering from overeating a bit during the holidays. A non-scale victory: I have gone down 3 belt notches since November!
1/12: 205.4 Ahh! I met my first goal, I am so happy! I am going to get a pedicure 🤗
1/19: 203.6 I have now lost 20 lbs since starting MFP. I am so happy.

Hey all!
I did this thread back in 21 and did well. Got stuck on the last 15lbs, and stopped posting. Over past year I gained back 10lbs ☹️. Unfortunately I got used to not being this weight again, and now motivated to go back down.
As a minor kickback got Covid again last weekend, and been off exercise since then. Still tracking food, and will be back to gym soon
Not expecting big results this month is all.

My husband and I have been completely off our game with food since the week of Jan 8 (medical stuff, multiple snow events, etc). I have my act together and am logging food and will have salads with chicken for tonight's dinner. Workout planned as well, though I have been keeping up with workouts despite the bad food choices. Hoping to see a quick reversal with the above numbers -- I am certain a lot of that is sodium as well. Regardless, I'm back to being focused and behaving.

Hey everyone. Happy New Year!! I'm excited to be back on MyFitnessPal. Back in 2017. I lost close to 90lbs using MFP and going Keto.
But since having a baby, hitting my 40s, etc. I have packed on the pounds. Im hoping to get healthy and in shape again.

Treated my son to sonic for a treat and didn’t get anything for myself. Normally would get an order of cheese sticks and a coffee. So I am proud of myself for that. Friends over this weekend so I’m going to really try to watch what I eat/drink this weekend.
