24 lbs in 48 days? That phenomenal. I am down 28 lbs but over 4 months, and just over halfway to my goal. I think not thinking about the speed and more about the outcome - to be healthy should supersede speed. I agree above, logging everything you eat , butter if sautéed, olive oil, seasonings really helps be accurate! And walking is great for you. It’s been cold so I’ve been doing laps in my house several times a day during work breaks, and I use my stairs to hit my stair goals daily. Any excuse to move is a step in the right…

This has been my go to lunch for days.. and I’m not even sick of it yet. Only 270 calories! Olives, artichoke, red onion, pepperocini, feta, green peppers, oil vinegar. I didn’t have tomatoes on hand otherwise that and cucumber would have been perfect.

SW:162 lb GW: 113 lb TW:140.8 OL: -21.2 lbs I had ONE cheat meal of pizza last Friday (2slices) and by the time I got on the scale Monday it said I gained 4 lbs. so to weight in at only (+ .4oz from last week) by Thursday isn’t bad. I just can’t believe what 2 slices on pizza did for me. Very disappointing.

I’m 4’11 and eating 1000-1300 calories and losing about 1.5 lbs a week. Between oct 1 and now I’ve lost 21 lbs. solely through healthy meal choices.

Tonight’s dinner: blackened mahi with cauliflower stuffing from green giant. Less than 300 calories. I added about 10 truffles fries from my hubby’s plate after taking this too.

That’s just over 1 pound a week which is healthy and I based my intake off of MFP recommendation. With her being 2” taller than me, this should be a fine regiment. I didn’t remove carbs, I cut them back to healthy portions and switched white grains for wheat. Im not sure what value your comment added.
