One day at a time

I walked 3 times yesterday . Binged on home made cookies !!No more cookies for me! I've walked once already today. May be able to get in 3 more. Will post every bite I put in my mouth!

    Walking is great exercise. Keep it up.

    Getting to (and staying at) a healthy weight is a trial and error process so consider the binge a lesson learned and try to keep tempting foods out of sight and out of reach. Logging ALL of your food is a good strategy.

    I agree above, logging everything you eat , butter if sautéed, olive oil, seasonings really helps be accurate! And walking is great for you. It’s been cold so I’ve been doing laps in my house several times a day during work breaks, and I use my stairs to hit my stair goals daily. Any excuse to move is a step in the right direction.
