June 13. Went 1.75 miles instead of 2 but yay that's still good. Cooked an amazing dinner, done! Fold clothes, nope. Rest for an hour, yes. Bed by 10, 10:30 which is ok. June 14 30 pushups. 40 lunges. 50 leg lifts or sit ups. Clean a room in the house. Have fun with my son.

I have this problem some days when I am probably not eating enough I get super hungry. I used to cave and eat whatever but now I keep bags and bags of my favorite frozen veggie mixes in the freezer. Day 14. Doing good. Have been running 1.5 miles every other day or two still at 2% incline at varying speeds from 4.5 to 5.8. My legs are sore. Day 9. Did well, ate 1600 calories and walked a few miles.

Day 8. Gw 120 Cw 135.2 I am not sure what's happening but I woke up and gained 3 lbs. I ran 1.5 miles last night and just put on weight. Maybe it's because of muscle or water weight? Strange that my first week being healthy and I gain 3 lbs.

Day 2 complete. Same weight and ran 2 miles with a 15 minute break in between. Thank you. Yes I have been eating at least 2400 calories since this post and havent gained an ounce. So this must be right. I will try 1600 for a week and see what happens.

Lol yes I would volunteer. Had my husband do it for a while. Would get all cranky and even growl a bit then laugh about how totally grummpy it made me that I couldn't have that food. I realized I was emotionally eating a lot to feel better. I am much better now.

I struggled with this all week and have decided to up my calories by 200 so I can sleep at night. Some hunger means the diet is working but feeling faint and growling hunger all night is a bit much. Also eat a lot of veggies and drink lots of water.

Feeling hungry before bed. Had a 100 calorie snack. I logged my calories today at 1100 to 1300 which is pretty good. Scale hasn't budged in 3 days so lets see tomorrow.

I am so hungry today. Ate 1400 calories and walked a little. Everything is ok. Not sure why I get so hungry sometimes and other days seem easier.

I had a bad day yesterday. Ate a small piece of cake and too much meat. I can't give up though and still hope to lose even .5 lbs a week.

That is great progress. When you get to around our hieght and weight the loss slows down. A plateau, that's why I calorie count and have calculated my bmr. This way even if the scale doesn't move I know I am losing. I am sure you are still losing or need to cut calories a little.

Lost another .4 lbs this week. Doing good. Down to 130.6 now.

Made it back down to 131 finally. So here's to hitting a new goal by Sunday. Having my cup of coffee with sugar like always then it os eating nice and clean the rest of the day.

I am down back to 132.4 today. So hopfully I can get rid of this extra water weight by the end of the week. The time of the month messes everything up. I will just have to wait it out. I would be lucky to lose even 3 lbs this month at this rate but oh well.

Well I am up 2 lbs today but I know its not real weight and will still stick to my 1200 calories. It can feel pointless to keep going when the scale goes up I have to believe it is false and just keep myself in check.

I am. I have lost 5 lbs in a month and a half doing 1200 to 1400. I am on the last 20lbs so it is slow and steady to the finish line. Usually it is only .5 lbs a week but that's fine with me. I'm not going to lie. I have slipped a few times and had to get back on the horse but it does work.
