  • hello! 3xyes again today. ate 7 chocolate biscuits today - at 83 each. managed to stay under my limit but still that kind of eating doesn't feel good. don't enjoy them - really need to try an Apple! got some in the fridge - setting an Apple goal for tomorrow! best wishes all.
  • hi there best wishes to all! tracked no problem, came in a few hundred below maintenance and took one of our dogs for a walk - our springers are now walking lovely on the lead so looking forward to taking them out more. lots of nice leftovers in the fridge - all good x
