  • took 2 pass days 23rd and 24th and 1 further back can't remember date - but managed to get back on track today thank goodness!! rest of month has to be on track now - whatever happens this month will be my longest success streak since I joined UAC in April x best wishes all x

  • well done winners! I have done well today having tracked under limit and exercised. I have finished a month successfully being consistent the last 9 days - made a good start to September also - shame about the middle of the month! looking forward to doing well in October.

  • Hey there 3 x yes for me today, I've split my calorie allowance into 4 and eating 4 times a day - seems to feel more manageable psychologically just to concentrate on a few hundred at a time and getting the best meal I can for that number. set my limit to lose 1/2 lb a week. hope everyones doing okay x
