If you're gaining muscle, who cares what the scale does. More muscle leads to higher calorie needs.

Join a group training class. Almost any gym has them. The people are awesome and you'll make friends which will lead to accountability on the days when the tank is empty.

I've done that a few times. For me it always ended with me getting sick of the same thing and a trip to a drive thru. I now try to meal prep Sunday night for the upcoming week. Way cheaper and it stops crappy decisions about lunch

Honestly you're going to have to wrap your brain around the idea of meats, cheese and green veggies to stay consistent. We sub in some low carb wraps and occasionally a keto muffin, but the staples have to stay the same.

I'm going to tell you to NOT push it. I had a foot surgery about 2 years ago. 8 weeks after, I was given no restrictions and sent off. I immediately started lifting, running and ice skating. Things started to hurt 3-4 months down the road, and an xray revealed that I had broken the large plate, and 5 of 6 surgical screws!…

You you add in whatever you like extra. Its just a base workout system. As for a lack of bench, the floor will work but it does limit your ROM a bit. Still better than not doing it though

I've done lots of take out. As others have stated, just watch the sizing and log the *kitten* out of it. As far as PE is concerned, I'd I walk into there it'll be a 3k calories meal.
