I didn’t meet Oct goal I ran 24.08 miles and I want meet Nov ..I ran 19.82 ..I’m struggling getting runs in and even working out with my new job and fighting traffic but I’m not giving up..my goal for dec is to meet my NR Challenge Run 50K..my race results from Thanksgiving Day

You should enter one..my first race when I crossed the finish line ..I still remember..I cried when I saw my overall results..tears of Joy ...which is motivating me to find some energy when I get home if it’s only 30 mins..

I haven’t been able to lift too much because I get home so late I’m drained from fighting traffic..today I did get some good cardio and light lifting ..my day starts at 430-500am wake up ..I get home between 630-745 depending on traffic

Cooler temperatures are coming I just walked 3.7 miles but Sunday I will lace up and try to 4 miles ..This weekend is get a workout/running plan that I can do after fighting the traffic to get home..I’m in reset mode ..Happy running everyone Donna

I made my September monthly goal ..I ran 40.21 miles ..I will try 40 again for October..I started new job and Atlanta is in a major heat wave so it’s hard to run when I get home from the hospital .. Happy Runnung everyone

I think I found my new long distance race the 4miler. I ran today and it was awesome I’m getting back to my form and I’m thinking by early October or mid October I will be ready to compete in a 5 or 6K.. Today’s run Mile 1 12:17 Mile 2 11:40 Mile 3 11:42 Mile 4 10:35 This weeks totals 9.52 Month 12.73 I’m managing my knees…

Morning everyone sitting on patio having hot tea..deciding is this a rest day OR light lifting day..I have pushed my knees this week and I plan to run one more day this weekend depending the morning heat in the ATL..but right now the peace and serenity is in total control right now
