  • Hi everyone. I'm Lisa, 40yo and live in the UK. I have been with my partner for over 20 years and we have 2 kids (son 8 and daughter 4). Also have a cat (Curzon), fish and 4 chickens (and an endless supply of fresh eggs!). Other than occupying myself with kids, work and chores I have 2 main hobbies at present which are…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 1 Previous weight: 174.8 Current weight: 172.8 LTD: 45.7lb I am so surprised each week that I lose weight. Not sure why, because I am eating at a deficit and getting regular activity, so really it is just a matter of science, but nonetheless, I am still surprised! I think it maybe because…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 5 Previous weight: 174.9 Current weight: 174.8 LTD: 43.7lb It's a loss, even if a very small one! Generally been on track this week, and finding ways of balancing having treats by increasing my activity (went to visit the in-laws on Sunday, where I had cake at lunch and lemon meringue pie…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 4 Previous weight: 176.3 Current weight: 174.9 LTD: 43.6b I am at my lightest weight in more than 20 years. Still some way to go, but I can now really see and feel my body changing. I dragged a vacuum packed bag down from the attic the other day, filled with clothes from pre my first…
  • @minstrelofsarcasm totally hear you! I gain 2lb overnight for yesterday's official weekly weigh-in, and today dropped from 179lb to 176.3lb! Curse the water retention!
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 3 Previous weight: 177.5 Current weight: 179.0 LTD: 39.5b I gained 2lbs overnight! I was good yesterday - ate to plan and got some exercise in. Gain explained by TOM beginning to show itself, so will hopefully be back down by the weekend. Gutted that this means end of the green streak!…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 2 Previous weight: 180.4 Current weight: 177.5 LTD: 41.0lb Yikes, bit more of a loss than I was expecting. Hoping it stays off and isn't just a freak reading (I did stand on the scales a few times to check). Have generally stuck to plan, and making sure I drink 64oz of water (finding that…

  • Check in: Weds 1st July Food: logged and under (some exercise cals used) Water: over 64oz Exercise: 55min BodyCombat Long working day yesterday. I get so frustrated how inactive my working days are (especially Wednesday as that is my longer day) whilst at home. When working in the office, I walk around a lot (to kitchen,…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 1 Previous weight: 182.3 Current weight: 180.4 LTD: 38.1lb Pleased with that loss. I currently have my goal set to 1lb loss a week, but haven't been eating all the exercise calories back (though having a fair few of them!). Generally the week went well - was below target calories +…

  • @timibotkin I am exactly the same with oats - hate the texture and makes me want to gag. However, I do really enjoy baked oats - and I recall the recipe been zero points on WW. I use a Pinch of Nom blueberry and lemon baked oats recipe and it is sweet and cake like! And you garden is looking amazing!
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 4 Previous weight: 183.2 Current weight: 182.3 LTD: 36.2lb I weigh daily, and my weight is fluctuating up and down loads. Luckily my Wednesday weigh ins tend to be down a little each week, but I am frustratingly hovering just above 13st. I would LOVE to start seeing 12st consistently!…
  • More photos alert.... Sorry for spamming with so many pictures!

Some raspberries, tayberries and a couple of loganberries. Sharing lots with the birds at the allotment (I also ate a few whilst picking - "One for the tub, one for…

  • Oh @CassieGetsFit2013, my heart goes out to you. Hopefully the change in psychiatrist will be a positive thing for you and things can start looking up. I know you said in a previous post that gardening isn't giving you any pleasure at the moment, so I commend you still doing working at it - Being outdoor, with nature, and…
  • Check in for past few days: Thursday: Food logged and under and a good workout done. After the rain stopped and my working day was over, my daughter and I went for a walk. Found some massive muddy puddles that Violet loved jumping in.... and discovered her wellies had a massive hole! Friday: Food logged and under (only…
  • @sleepymom5 I read your message with my breath held until I saw you were staying with the team - so pleased to hear that! Thank you for all you have done in the leader role, and happy to know you are taking time for yourself and your family. Much love to you x And @1theresamcvean Yay! Congratulations on the promotion!!!!…
  • Check in: Weds 17th Food: logged and under Water: ok Exercise: 30min HIIT cardio, 30min dance Yesterday food and exercise were all to plan, except the dance which I added on as my steps for the day were less than 5k. Working from home really does result in a lot of not moving! Dinner was a cheese Soufflè, so most of the…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 3 Previous weight: 184.0 Current weight: 183.2 Must admit a little disappointed as I did see 181.7 on the scale at the weekend. But, TOTM is imminent so I reckon it has been heading back up because of that. These littler losses do add up, so I shall try not to be too disheartened! Overall…
  • Wow - such a transformation! Congratulations on reaching goal! 🎉
  • @1theresamcvean thank you for asking about the gardening. All going ok, though beetroot has been attacked by birds, so spent a while netting it last night - hopefully they will survive. We are picking blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, tayberries, loganberries, lettuce ans radish at the moment. Will start picking…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 2 Previous weight: 185.1 Current weight: 184.0 Pleased with that. It has been a week of generally being on track - logging, and getting some exercise. I am now at a point where in my normal yo-yoing I would "plateau" then lose motivation to continue. 180 is about the lowest I have weighed…
  • @lenka1 and @xX_PhoenixRising_Xx Love LOVE LOVE the cakes! So much work and love have gone into them - fabulous! Just a quick check in. Have been keeping within my calorie goal and trying to get my exercise in. Must admit finding it a bit difficult at the moment - the desire for sweet stuff and alcohol is really creeping…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 1 Previous weight: 185.7 Current weight: 185.1 Sorry I didn't weigh in yesterday - completely forgot to step on the scales first thing. Little more off - but that is now me at below 30 BMI - no longer classified as obese according to BMI! *Does a little happy dance*
  • @timibotkin what a lovely space you have for you gardens. What are you growing? @nstephenson01 love your garden as well - your raised beds are immaculate! One of my allotments has raised beds (not quite as high though), initially built in 2008/9. Each year now we have to rebuild parts. Hoping my other half will rebuild the…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 4 Previous weight: 186.9 Current weight: 185.7 Morning all. Been an incredibly busy week, work has been full, as has allotment with getting bed repaired and plants in the ground. Friday evening I went for a socially distant drink with my neighbour - 8 hours later, way too much wine drunk,…
  • User ID: Freeglerock Week Number: 3 Previous weight: 190.0 Current weight: 186.9 Think a good portion of that belongs to last week! And glad I didn't ruin it last night. Last week I committed to 3 things (logging everything, exercising 30min 5x and posting here everyday) - and it worked to keep me on the straight and…
  • Thank you @nstephenson01 and @GingerPwr. The process of writing it down really helped. As did your responses. After writing the post, I went and said goodnight to the kids. Ben wanted me to read to him, so spent 15 minute reading "You wouldn't want to live without.... Poo!" Lovely factual, bedtime reading! (I miss reading…
