Absolutely INSPIRING! I have always felt slower was way more safer anyway. I am going to change MY goals to .5 lbs a week and see what changes for me. This is a journey... and honestly, I just want to enjoy living and breathing another day. This post makes me smile BIG! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! :)

I agree with above. Weigh everything. When you *guesstimate* you end up most of the time doing more than you should. Track everything you eat... down to a piece of gum! Believe me, it is worth it to know how much is going into your mouth. I also eat slower and grab a smaller plate for smaller portions. I also drink a glass…

I have done this and I agree it helps! I love following a routine and a goal for the day! It's written out for me the following day and I end up staying under and at the end I end up losing because of it! :smiley:
