Hi I'm Lisa and Need Motivation and Support

Hi I'm lisa and lately have been lacking motivation and support to finish my goals that I would like to finish as I've never done that before and I also need to get my health and weight back under control before anything else happens to my health. I have no support at home and need friends that I can check in with either weekly or daily and that would also keep me cheered up to finish.

    Definitely one day at a time! The biggest thing we have to change is our mindset. Do you journal? I journal and it helps me a LOT. When I think about grabbing something I shouldn't eat I grab my journal and a bottle of water and write down my feelings and why I feel I need to eat at that time. It honestly works! At least for me!
