Yesterday was a beautiful day 🌞 a little chilly but, very nice. Enjoyed some time outside by myself. My right kidney was hurting more yesterday than it does this morning, so I only got around 2,000 steps in. @AmyG1982, I don't know what exactly to do about my weight showing on Saturday. Because it's not an increase in weight due to overeating or whatever retention it was just my old scales not working. I was expecting a pound or two but not as much 8 lb I worked really hard to get this weight off as I stated above so sorry but…

I finally got me a brand new scale yesterday. that is much better quality then the old one. I was worried that the old scale wasn't showing my correct weight and that I might weigh more than it was showing. @jugar, My new scale had shown me that my old scale was weighing me to light by 8.4 lbs this isn't a gain like I said in the post above. I must have weighed around 298.4 when I joined mfp and 293.8 lbs when I joined this challenge. because I've lost 2.8 lbs since joining starting challenge and 7.6 since joining mfp 17 days…
