Non scale victory here. The building I work in is getting a new roof. Parking is nearly nonexistant so I ordered lunch to be delivered. Here is a bit about me. My name is Jean, and I live in New England. I enjoy knitting, reading, and being outdoors. I enjoy watching birds and animals that visit our yard. The UGLY...I got my A1c results today and marching orders from my PCP. So I'm headed for a Diabetes Education refresher, a visit with the nutritionist, and a change in lifestyle. This seems like a good place for me.
