@Dianedoessmiles1 It's horrible to deal with, but it certainly was beautiful in the park! Here in central New Hampshire, we got mostly snow -- 18 to 20 inches of it. There were times when there was a little sleet, but mostly snow. I keep saying to myself that its spring and it will go away soon...

Sunday was an OK day. My fruit and veggie count was low :( , but I was under my target calories :). @ CarolAnnM2 - I love the "I don't mind running with turtles" imagery. @jugar - thanks for the pep talk! @jugar, I am trying to set up a routine for myself with daily goals. I will appreciate the group support! I recorded everything I ate yesterday; this morning, my fasting glucose was lower than yesterday -- a non-scale victory.

PW: 238.2 CW: 239.4 I'm up this week. I over did it with birthday cake and under did exercise. Ah well, it's a new month and I can get back on track. On the bronchitis front, I'm starting to feel more like myself. I still have some chest congestion, but it is much better.

I know I've been MIA for a good part of this month. I've had bronchetitis that laid me low. Ugh! My PCP was threatening hospitalization, but was hesitant to do so with the current upswing of Covid. So I agreed to bed rest at home. Anyway I haven't done my Tuesday weigh-ins and posting. Can I still participate next month?
