Nataliewr0403 Saturday PW 135.0 CW 133.6 Hello peeps, this will be my last weigh in until May. we are leaving for vacation and I am hoping there are no scales anywhere near me for 4 weeks. Nataliewr0403 Saturday PW 135.2 CW 134.8 Well, today I completed my goal of 10 hours rowing for the month, completed 100 workouts for the year, completed another 4 week streighnth course. With less than 3 weeks to vacation at this pace, I will not feel too bad not being able to exercise while I am gone.

Nataliewr0403 Saturday PW 135.2 CW. 135.2 I start with my countdown to vacation: 4 weeks and I will be gone for 3 weeks. First panic: who will cover my work? I have no backup…sadly I will take my laptop to the trip Second panic: will I be able to exercise during that time? No gyms where I am going. There will be a lot of…

Well, I was going to login my weight but unless by a miracle that in a week my weight went from 136.0 to 115.0 (shown in my scale), I think the more credible fact to say that my scale is broken. So I decided to be 115 for a day while I figure out what is wrong with the thing or just get a new scale.

@KHill875 Thank you! I Will sure try it
-
@CasandraW thank you! If I am brave enough and because of its health benefits. I will try. Right now I am enjoying rolled oats with banana and peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. A treat to when I want something sweet

Talking about beans, have any of you tried brownies made with beans? They are supposed to be good but I could be a total disaster.

Nataliewr0403 PW 136.4 CW 136.0 well, a bit of scale movement today. my weight changes every day by a couple of pounds, but this week compared to previous weeks, this is the highest weight this week and I am very happy about it. @SavageMrsMoose I agree with you about missing out on live performances, I enjoyed from rock…

Nataliewr0403 PW 136.6 CW 136.6 Well, did not lose any weight but at least did not gain any either. Finished my 8 week class. and now I am looking for the next challenge, maybe the next challenge will be the house renovation. @SavageMrsMoose I am so sorry about your fur baby, I hope you are able to enjoy him and spoil him…

@jessicakrall8 I know what you mean, we fixed our previous house, room by room and I loved the results, the kitchen was amazing, I still miss my bathroom with heated floors. Our new house is pretty solid but needs a bit of change, and of course, once you start opening the walls, new ideas come up and the project gets more…

Nataliewr040 PW 136.2 CW. 136.4 @jessicakrall8 I completely forgot to log my weight this morning. We are about to start a year long project at home, remodeling the whole main floor, mostly the kitchen and flooring throughout. we move a bunch of the furniture out of the way, rearranged some kitchen stuff. Actual demolition…

Nataliewr0403 PW 135.8 CW 136.2 Well, here we go again. Weight roller coaster. Week 7 of the class was brutal, sore every day, I think even my eyelids are sore! It is a great feeling because I know I am just getting stronger. Hope you all have an amazing week.

Maintained my calorie deficit every day, water intake was good…I do feel stronger and went down almost an inch in my waist so I…

So I have to share my story this morning. Last night I went to bed late around 11 and I get up at 4;30 to workout for about 90 minutes and morning I was like this was a great workout, I am all sweaty and legs shaky…I felt accomplished until my husband came to wake me up because he knows I didn’t like to miss my…

@SavageMrsMoose Yes, I am the one that takes my baby to PT 3 times a week for a little over 3 months now, to say the least PT is a commitment. We also spend about 2 hours daily working with her to keep some progress going. She went from fully paralyzed back legs with no control going to the bathroom to almost no bathroom…

I will give it a try, just keep my steps and I will try to get some not so horrid numbers
-
@jessicakrall8 hi Jessica, got it, well this month will be silly for time to try to count steps. I rather skip December and come back full force in January.

In the other hand, I finished week 1…
