So eat it. Nothing wrong with things in moderation IMO. The little Kinder bars are about 61kcal & quite sweet. Healthier would be a piece of 70% + cocoa chocolate.

Its a GREAT idea. Its motivation, they can push you to 'your' limits, not the limits of a group class and they can answer questions. Do it. Even if its in the short term.

If you don't care about some things why are you having them?! We had a taxi to the venue & a supermarket wedding cake because we didn't care about them. Meant we could spend the money on a live band & a videographer instead... Get people to email you addresses then you can copy, paste & mail merge them onto labels...? Haha…

I got mine at the end of November for a May 2nd wedding. It was altered 7 days before the wedding. Hope that helps? If you have a particular dress in mind just call and check the lead times on it. X

This didn't even cross my mind! I was alone at the hotel the morning before the wedding, think I had a croissant with jam, yogurt & fruit. I did! Its like the more I HAD to do it the less I wanted it. But it got to the wedding and it really didn't matter at all! I've just bought Maybelline colour tattoo eyeshadow, there aren't many colours but boy does it stay put!! No creases, nothing! Haha so glad to hear someone else is having waves of on & off motivation! My wedding is 7 weeks now (eek!) and I've list all motivation. On the plus side I'm not remotely stressed (by the wedding anyway) and living 10,000 miles away from everyone means no engagement parties, bridal showers etc. just the hen do the week…
