THE PANERA ONE IS VEGAN!! Yay! Also, the via pumpkin spice are good, and Trader Joe's has a pumpkin spice ground coffee that hits the spot. :-)

All of those sound like great rewards. I love massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. I'm just maintaining but I do think those kinds of things make great treats

$1,500 hair extensions. I hated them and had them removed a month later. I also spent almost $500 on my senior prom dress. It was gorgeous, and it was from one of those places where you register your dress so no one else at your prom can buy the same one. It was yellow and gold (think beauty and the beast) and the outside…

Black bean and bell pepper enchiladas are amazing. Top with a little daiya cheese and you'll forget they're vegan!

are you racing? 4 lbs a month is ideal

I found out dairy was giving me migraines and my skin has gotten way better since then. I also don't suffer from asthma or allergies anymore so to me it's worth it. I know there are a lot of common food allergens like wheat, soy and egg that can do the same thing.

search groups, there's a few. Feel free to add me too!

I eat more than many people bigger than me but I eat healthfully - lots of fruits and vegetables, things like rice and quinoa to bulk it up. If you eat enough fiber and protein you will stay full but not go over you calories. You can eat about 3 cups of vegetables for only 100 calories. That's a TON of food so mentally you…

about mile 3 or 4. If it's a short run I feel crappy and tired the whole time but on a longer run I seem to hit it sooner, mile 2 or 3. I'm sure it's all mental.

Second period english. The news was on when we walked in and we didn't understand what was going on. Every class we went to that day we just watched the news. It was a little much for a 13 year old to take in.

I don't really have pictures other than the ones on my profile but I reached my goal weight (loss of 14 lbs) through yoga, daily walks with my dog, and eating clean. When my husband came back from deployment he was so surprised! Maybe not the "transformation" you were looking for but it was a big deal for me!

You might be better off walking at a fast pace or steep incline. It's easier on your knees and gives you a great cardio workout.

http://www.amazon.com/HTP-Plantar-Fasciitis-Heel-Seats/dp/B0001LB47Q/ref=pd_sim_hpc_3 I recommend these to everyone with this problem! They are amazing! Along with getting some quality shoes for time spend on your feet. I wear dansko clogs at work (I'm a hairdresser) and birkenstocks around the house. I put these heel cups…

He picked out the engagement ring, which was a solitaire. We picked out the wedding band "together" (he came with after I had taken several trips by myself, he didn't really care) which was a wrap to which the solitaire ring is inserted. I picked out his ring by myself too, they don't match but they fit us each…

Energy chews and water, they made all the difference in the world to me. Once I started carrying water I cut over a minute off my pace time. In the water you can put a little gatorade or refuel drink too. I also carry honey stinger organic energy chews on long runs, it's basically a gummy bear with electrolytes. The carbs…

Salsa is the king of dips - it's low cal and flavorful. I mix hummus and salsa sometimes. My other go-to snack is air popped popcorn. Crunchy, high fiber and low-calorie for a decent portion. ETA: grapes are my new go-to sweet treat. I always keep some in the fridge and they make a nice snack.

I just started on Thursday, can I join?

I don't know why you thought a fast food item with bacon in the title would be "healthy"

ditto. Try it, if it works for you, great! If not, try something else.

burgers, sausage, mayo, cheesecake, most regular cake, beer, pop, most things fried. Some of these things I used to like like fried chicken and pop but after not eating them for a while the taste is overwhelming and really gross. I made these brownies my mom used to make for a fundraiser and of course I tried one and they…

YES! I do this too.

It's worth a try, if It doesn't help google the elimination diet. Basically you eliminate all common allergen foods and then add them back in one at a time to see how they affect you. I did this and found out dairy was causing my migraines. Now I'm migraine, allergy, and asthma free! Amazing what one little sensitivity can…

Right, your BMI (Body mass Index) is just your weight to height ratio. Your body fat % is your fat to muscle ratio - much more useful. I agree you would have to go somewhere to get it measured. Doctor, gym, college research center, etc. As for workouts and stuff they sound great. The best exercise is one you enjoy and will…

Maybe she does. Maybe she's a boxer or wrestler? They weigh us in for pro cheerleading each week... Or a fitness competitor?? I'm sure she had reasons even if they seem silly

Or a hangover

"Do your best and forget the rest" - Tony Horton I love this because it applies to everything

I don't know where you got your info but I think you have carbs and protein mixed up. As far as I know 1 gram of protein per LEAN pound of body mass helps but your protein % should not exceed your carb % and should not exceed 35% maximum. That much protein is hard on your body and can cause as much liver damage as being an…

http://www.amazon.com/HTP-Plantar-Fasciitis-Heel-Seats/dp/B0001LB47Q I put these in my work shoes (i'm a hairdresser) and continued on with my normal exercise routine with no other adjustments. I don't wear them anymore and am virtually pain-free. I can even go barefoot now. If my feet ever feel tight or I get pain in my…
