I am 23 years old. 5'1 115lbs.
I just did my measurements
waist: 29.5 inches
hips: 34 inches
thighs: 20 inches
upper arms: 10 inches
forearm: 8 inches
wrist: 6 inches
and according this this site http://www.healthyforms.com/helpful-tools/body-fat-percentage.php
it said my BMI is 28% body fat....
does this sound right? should I use a better site?
Also, I exercise about 30-60 min of cardio 4x a week.
And body pump classes 2-3x a week.
I eat about 1000-1400 a day (or try too)
How do you guys think Im doing... any advice, tips, ideas??
Thanks everyone!!!!

Web sites wont give you exact numbers.. Its just a math formula applied to every one ...
Go to a doctor and get your BMI measured if you are all worried about it..
Other than that .... Just eat right and exercise.. You will be good to go .0 -

said my body fat was 25.8 %
NOTE: I also see that BMI and Body Fat % are NOT the same thing lol0 -
You're doing FINE. Actually, better than fine. It sounds like you're in phenomenal health. But you're right, those numbers don't sound correct at first glance. 115 is a healthy/low weight for you. If I were you (aka just my opinion), I wouldn't work on losing any weight, just toning. You'll lose inches without losing muscle.0

Right, your BMI (Body mass Index) is just your weight to height ratio. Your body fat % is your fat to muscle ratio - much more useful. I agree you would have to go somewhere to get it measured. Doctor, gym, college research center, etc. As for workouts and stuff they sound great. The best exercise is one you enjoy and will keep doing. Keep up the good work!0
