  • I have had gastric bypass and lost over 120 lbs. Lots of complications since including adhessions which rquired another surgery and restricted to eating baby like foods due to severe gerd.   • I have added quite a few. We all need the support and who can give us better support and words of encouagement when we are discouraged than our friends. Granted alot of mine have had weight loss surgery. A great support system for me. :)
  • When making pizza I use the Arnold 100 cal thins. They are really good and you can use the mini's too. I love getting new ideas from The Biggest Loser and love the theme "No Excuses" It is my motto and this is our year for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle No Excuses. :) :flowerforyou:

  • I avoid protein powders with casein, as well as the above. I use whey protein from Walmart with no difficulties. Had no problem with lactose intolerance until I had my gastric bypass. Just avoid the ones with casein and you should be fine. Best of luck to you. :flowerforyou:
