i just make sure the app is up and running. My iphone will not sleep while the app is running. I use a fanny pack to hold my phone while I run and I have not had any problems. Just dont hit the top button to lock your phone and you should be good.

If you run use runtastic. I like it because it uploads to your diary when you are done. Only one I have used.

I did the couch to 5k the first time and it was awesome. Just got to some of the longer distances and it was tough. It helped me get up to 3 miles. Loved the idea behind it. looks like the app for c25k is same thought process so going to give it a shot. Any stretches you can recommend. I am a bigger guy. 6 foot tall 285…

Just downloaded the C25k app from zen labs. Anyone used this before and if so any feedback?

I started today and already feel it in my lower back. Not painful more uncomfortable. I am going to modify some moves if I feel pain or discomfort. Of course the main point of doing this workout for me is to lose belly fat and get my core stonger. With that it should help with the lower back discomfort I hope.

i started today. Tough is an understatement but a great workout. Just keep telling myself to push through the first week. No Pain No Gain!

With you on the belly fat. I think that is one of the reasons why I have the pain which is even more incentive to keep getting after it on insanity.

I start next week. My sister has done it and she swears by it. She is also a P90x grad. I am taking her word for it and giving it a go.
