Strawberry and watermelon go well together (taste and volume). If kale isn't to your liking yet, you can mix it with cucumber and green apple. Start with less kale, then gradually add more. The taste becomes less noticeably bitter with time. Carrot, beet, apple, and ginger also pair well.

This isn't actually too difficult of a request. I already log time and activity in my food notes. Example: breakfast: 715 (while driving to school). Dinner: 1930. (after gym). Simple notes can help you see patterns; i.e. are you eating when you're stressed/distracted/fully awake and alert. Logging this way can also help…

A good friend is getting married in April and I want to look good for her wedding. Her wedding is in Arizona so I won't be wearing heavy clothing. Maybe slimming down will open more dating options for me. :-)
