I just got my fit bit today. I'm excited about it but I'm not understand this calories burned thing. Is the number of calories you wish to burn added on to the calies you are supposed to eat? Anyway. I'm exited. Because of the price I just have the zip...and I think that will do the trick.

Hey, I'm a stay at home mother of twin 3 year olds so I hear ya! I work out during nap time or get up in the AM and go walking before my hubby leaves for work. PM is not good for me. Sautee the cabbage in a little olice oil, add black pepper and a little sugar, then add it to a little bit of ccoked whole wheat pasta as a side dish. Yum.
