i eat my exercise calories. i lose about 500 kcal with exercise and i eat that too..so its sometimes 1700, 1600 etc i don't make my own food..i eat at my parents so i cannot every day demand something of my taste cause it is not just me :)

i really try to eat every day fibers and meat but sometimes that is not possible for justified reasons :D i was just afraid that i will do everything and those days of bad diet will affect my weight loss.

i have only 1kg weight thats about 2.2 lbs and 5kg and thats 11lbs...and that is too much so i go with smaller one. I dont want it to be to heavy couse i will quit :) but next time i'll try to get weight with more weight :D you are sooo far ahead of me maybe i'll try that turbo jam after new year. but i have to be below 80…

4th day of 30 days shred. my muscles aren't sore anymore and it is much easier. so that's good. also i started walking every day for 1 hour. it feels good. how's everybody else?

started 30 days shred just today- its been really hard for me couse i'm in no condition last few days i've been working on elliptical to get things going but it is not easier :D eating 1200 kcal a day...not that hard as i expected :)
