Ok I have been slacking seriously! I have to kick it in gear and catch up.
11/1- 50
11/2- 500 -
Got 75 in this morning. Gonna do more tonight after work- goal is another 75 after work to catch up on the 2 days that I missed.
I found that I have a difficult time doing straight jumping jacks- so I decided when I felt like I was gonna fall down I would do some aerobic steps for a few minutes on the basement steps to recover enough to do more. I did 50, then steps for 4 mins, then 50 more, etc.0 -

I usually begin my workout with level 2 of the 30DS then I do my jumping jacks followed by 3 -4 sets (8) dips off my steps then I go for a 30 walk/run on the treadmill - my goal is really to burn 500 calories per day - but I'm not there yet only 488 or so.....how's everyone doing?????? 100 done for today! I'm doing the ripped in 30 this month also. Day 2 is today and I'm so sore from yesterday. Hope I can make it through.0

I mis-spoke this morning... instead of doing 75, I actually did 125. Sorry for the misinformation, I guess I wasn't completely awake when I posted. Goal for tonight s to catch up and be at 200- so want to get in 175 tonight. Will let you know when I get it done.0

My knees have been acting up so day two and today were out of the picture, back on track tomorrow.0 -
