I have a flat butt too. I cannot do lunges or squats because of my knees. My surgeon told me not to do squats or lunges. Anything else I could do??
  • Lunges made my butt awesome. And I'm a guy!

To get a round butt, you need to either: increase the size of the gluteus or add fat too it. Cardio DOESN'T make a flat butt rounder.

How many squats and lunges should be done and how many days a week? how long before you see a difference?

Shoot for 2 times a week and it depends on your intensity, recovery and nutrition.
