Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 400.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log these as callisthenics if you like.

    Yes people 400 crunches....but.....the challenge is 400. You have to do what you can do as an individual. The goal though is to shoot for 400 of them.

    Just did 200 in about 7 minutes. lol. 50 regular crunches, 50 sit-ups, and 100 bicycle crunches. :)

    Edit: And just finished the other 200! 100 regular crunches, 100 bicycle crunches. :D

    I just finished...

    50 sit-ups
    50 bicycle crunches
    50 oblique - left side
    50 oblique - right side
    50 lower ab crunch - can't think of name - legs in air perpendicular to ground , lift bum off ground
    200 regular crunches

    Yay!
  • I'm in! Good challenge darlin! I just did 50 sit ups about 30 mins ago, so may I count those? ;)
  • Oh Wow! That was intense! Perfect to start the weekend, cause thats when I eat my "spike" foods! Great burn for the belly! Done in 11:33. Awesome challenge!
