I know that the dark ones fade but what has been peoples experience with the ones that are on top of each other... My lower stomach looks a little bit like raw hanburger :S and I really dont like it. I'm hoping as I lose more weight it will get less noticeable...

you go by the pre-cooked weight unless it says specifically that the calories are for the amount cooked :)

For the most part I find it pretty accurate, but if you notice something isn't right then say no on the accuracy question when you check it out. I know that if I am eating some where that has a nutritional guide for their food I check it out before I enter it just to make sure its right :)

I had the same problem and I found that going out and getting fitted for a few new bras made me feel better about it :)

Have you tried the scarsdale medical diet? It worked well for me. Its two weeks on and two weeks off until you reach your goal. It has next to no added fat and alot of protein, with some carbs. I always try and give myself a cheat day once a week and if I'm graving something sweet I make sure that I have low cal pudding cups in my fridge or jello. I weigh my cheese to make sure I am not over using it. I also find if I grated it I use less. Cheese strings are also great :)
