Yesterday my lunch was a Greek Tuna salad - mixed in chopped olives and artichokes along with some lemon juice and mayo. Yes, it's still tuna salad, but it's different than the usual.

Net carbs is total carb - dietary fiber (so it's basically just the sugars). A few specific diet plans use these. MFP uses total carbs, which is what I'm looking at when I'm evaluating my food since I'm not actually on any specific diet plan. I think that's what your doctor means too, mamabujak.

This is purely anecdotal, but I don't like eating right before bed because it seems to make my stomach crampy the next morning. Slower digestion when I'm asleep, maybe? Or it's not connected at all. I don't know.

El Pollo Loco has been a bit of a staple for me lately. They have a skinless chicken breast combo that's like 250 calories. It's not the cooking that gets me, it's the CLEANING. :tongue:

If they're not lipomas, I wonder if it's related to collagen or some other connective tissue compartmentalizing the fat into uneven blobs. Seems plausible to me.... that's how cellulite works, isn't it? Maybe it's just bigger blobs?

I have taken Topamax. It is the zombie brain eating drug from hell. I would forget words while I was saying them.... trying to do math was impossible. Do not recommend. ETA: Definitely do not go cold turkey. It's a seizure med so the withdrawals can be downright dangerous.
