I'm exactly the same. I all so it 'treats' on a regular basis and think as long as you log them what's the harm. Whenever I cut them completely it just makes me crave them where as if I allow myself some then I find I don't want the as much if that makes sense. Your losing weight any way so why change it. I think it's what…

A pound of anything is a pound regardless of what it is muscle just looks nice than fat and is smaller in mass :)

Maybe take a couple days off to regroup or set yourself a small goal each week. Maybe a exercise calories burned goal. Sometimes small achievements help boost me. Or perhaps you could try a new exercise. Hope you feel better soon

As long as my over all net intake is over 1200 I don't worry about eating mine back. Some times I have to eat to get them to there even when I'm not hungry.

I use the oat so simple flavoured ones and there yummy. As someone who used to eat a packet of biscuits for breakfast I still need something sweet plus you have all day to burn off the calories. As a worker I think there great as they fit in my bag and a quick to do on my break. Theres loads of flavours to choose from.

I know it's hard but stay positive. There's plenty of great wigs out there if it comes to it and you could have a funky new look every day. Exercising might also help with your depression. Chin up and keep talking about it that can be a good a medicine as any!

I use one at home as I don't have the time/money for the gym. I find doing small burst in between other exercises works best for me coz on a good day I can reach 250 jumps but mostly round 150 before I need to stop.
