Hi I recently purchased an exercise wheel and have searched the forum for an answer but can't find one. What would I record this under in my diary? Also any one got any tips, advice or anything about using one. Thanks

    If it's what I think you mean, you can probably log it under cardio as calisthenics. It will just be an approximation anyway.

    Thanks it's basically 2 wheels with a pole through the middle.
