5'2" and before I lost weight I was almost 150 Ibs wearing from size 7-9. I have some 11's just in case. Now I'm 122ish and Size 5. I only have two pants that are 5's.. So I have to wear the other ones that are too big all the time.. haha. I feel lazy and under dressed every time

Anything that is sweet... I still randomly consume a lot of it.. I can't help myself. I have a great day, eating healthy and everything. Then I eat so much chocolate and what not. I just lose control :/ So this is something that I need to change.

I went back and forth. I did everyday and then I tried just on Fridays.. I've figured out I am way more motivated and know what I need to do if I do it everyday. Just once a week doesn't cut it for me. I think daily will show you how well you did the day before.

Oh goodness... I've been to almost 500 concerts..Many of them were the same bands. 1)Family Force 5 --> They are so wacky and don't really have a genre.. Owls... Feathers... Yup. Those are things I absolutely hate.. I'm coming to like owls a bit more.. But their big eyes and how their head turns freaks me out.

I need that same help to.. Just gotta stay in there and do the best we can. Write encouraging sayings on post it notes and place them in places that you see often throughout the day. :) Hopefully that will help a bit.

I've lost 19 so far... I'm thinking 3 or 4 more pounds then I'm fine. But then I will defiantly town my tummy! :ohwell:

Your amazing. I was just about to ask how much the avg. meal would be. Thanks! And luckily for me, I will save calories with not eating cranberry stuff, or gravy. Plus, my mom is making the healthy type of foods too. So I'm in extra luck! How much is stuffing?

I had no clients.. : / I was supposed to have someone come in for a mani/pedi. But I found out they moved it to next Tuesday... And that's going to be a busy day. AHHH

I'm going back and forth between 127 and 129... I have no idea why. But I would love to be 125 by Christmas! I know that's very little, but with my weight going everywhere and no time to really exercise, it's a bit of a challenge. Plus, knee doesn't help either.

Yup, same problem here too. I hate it so much! That's what makes me feel worse. : / I can't stand it. I hope someone knows how to get rid of it
